The first three books in the series are slated for release in September, with the remaining titles to be released before the end of the year.
In a statement, Lemara Lindsay-Price, editor-in-chief of #Merky Books, said: “This series was built from the idea that we still have things we wish we could do and want to learn. believe that knowledge must be shared and new voices heard.
The “books” approach balances insight, practical knowledge, know-how and wisdom on a range of topics from things you can do with your hands to actions that establish new behaviors.
“I’m glad readers have them – there will be one book that speaks most to your ambitions.” “
Lemara added that the books “are a first for the Imprint” and that she “can’t wait” for readers to “digest, share and collect” the series.
Taking Up Space, written by Cambridge University graduates Chelsea Kwakye and Ore Ogunbiyi, highlights the importance of diversity and inclusion in higher education.

And the following year, he announced the co-winners of his #Merky Books New Writers Award, both of whom were awarded a publishing deal with the brand.
